Atelier Strada

At Atelier Strada, each piece is created and selected under a limited-edition mindset, aesthetic control, and restricted availability.
For that reason, our policies are designed to protect the integrity of each collection and the exclusivity of every purchase.

1. All sales are final

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • personal preference
  • subjective perception of design, color, or style
  • customer error when selecting size, model, or shipping address

Before completing your order, we strongly recommend reviewing all product details, measurements, images, and shipping information carefully.

2. Exchanges only for verified manufacturing defects

We will only review exchange requests if the item presents a verified manufacturing defect upon delivery.

The following are not considered defects:

  • slight color variations due to lighting or screen display
  • minor placement differences in print or finishing
  • personal fit or sizing expectations if the correct size was shipped
  • wear, damage, or changes caused by washing, use, friction, or handling after delivery

3. Strict review window

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

All requests must include:

  • order number
  • full name
  • clear photos of the packaging
  • clear photos of the unworn item
  • visual evidence of the issue being reported

Requests submitted outside this timeframe will not be eligible for review.

4. Condition requirements

To be considered for review, the item must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • free of odor
  • free of stains, makeup, or perfume
  • returned in its original packaging and presentation

Any item that does not remain in its original condition will be automatically rejected.

5. Atelier Strada reserves the final decision

Once your request is received, our team will review the case internally.

If approved, Atelier Strada may, at its sole discretion:

  • replace the same item, if available, or
  • issue store credit for the amount paid

Monetary refunds are not guaranteed, except where required by applicable law.

6. Limited pieces and non-restock items

Many of our pieces are released in limited quantities or under controlled rotation.
For that reason, we cannot guarantee restocks of the same design, size, or color.

If the original piece is unavailable, the customer may receive:

  • an exchange for another available item, or
  • store credit only

7. Incorrect address or failed delivery

We do not offer refunds for:

  • incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • absence at the time of delivery
  • failed contact attempts by the courier
  • voluntary refusal of the package

Any reshipment costs must be covered by the customer.

8. Order cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, it enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

9. Shipping delays

Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to external logistics factors.
A courier delay does not automatically qualify for a refund.

10. Agreement

By placing an order with Atelier Strada, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy in full.

Because at Atelier Strada, pieces are not bought impulsively.
They are chosen with intention.
