At Atelier Strada, each piece is made specifically for you. Because our products are created on demand, shipping may differ from traditional retail timelines.
Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after they are placed.
Because our products are made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Processing times may vary depending on:
- product type
- order volume
- fulfillment provider availability
- seasonality
- holidays
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated delivery times will vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and fulfillment provider.
Estimated delivery windows may include:
- United States: approximately 3–8 business days
- Canada: approximately 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: approximately 5–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: approximately 7–20 business days
- International Orders: approximately 7–30 business days
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on local postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
4. Shipping Delays
While we work to ensure timely fulfillment and dispatch, Atelier Strada is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances beyond our control.
Delays may occur due to:
- postal or carrier disruptions
- weather conditions
- customs processing
- holiday congestion
- high order volume
- incorrect or incomplete shipping details
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the order is returned to sender, we may be able to arrange reshipment. However, additional shipping fees may apply.

Please note that orders may only be modified before they enter production. Once production begins, changes are not guaranteed.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages
Atelier Strada is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are later reported as lost or stolen.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- checking around the delivery location
- asking neighbors or household members
- contacting your local postal carrier directly
If you still need assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- VAT
- handling or brokerage fees
These charges are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated.
The customer is solely responsible for any customs, import fees, taxes, or related charges imposed by their country.
Atelier Strada is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
8. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
This may happen due to:
- different product types
- different fulfillment locations
- provider availability
- separate production timelines
If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
9. Product Variations
Because our products are custom-made, slight variations may occur and are considered normal.
These may include minor differences in:
- print placement
- color tone
- garment texture
- stitching or finishing details
These small variations are a natural part of the made-to-order production process and do not qualify as defects.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- misprinted
- or materially different from what you ordered
